The GYMGAINZ community was created to make the gym more accessible in the first place. We try to eliminate beginner mistakes in starting athletes to avoid injuries and achieve faster growth. We want to make people more aware of their health and how to positively influence it through exercise and healthy nutrition. We also want to make the link between physical and mental health more clear. 80% of mental issues and illnesses can be eliminated by adopting a healthy lifestyle with lots of exercise, rather than through medication and antidepressants.
